Your Role:

  • General administration duties 
  • Maintenance of Doctor’s Credentialing including providing information required for audits, Medical Advisory and Accreditation Committee
  • Management of complaints/compliments and documentation
  • Answering phones and responding to emails
  • Appointments and scheduling for doctors
  • Update patient files with referral letters, test results and correspondence

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Degree or Tafe qualified in a medical setting
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Passion for customer service
  • Strong computer skills
  • The ability to learn quickly, make decisions and multi task
  • Have a high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of medical terminology 
  • Ability to work full time Monday to Friday with no visa restrictions
