Admin / Secretarial / Office Support
Our Medical Specialist client based in Nedlands is experiencing a very busy period of time and requires several administration assistants, medical receptionists and a reception team leader, ideally with experience in working in an administration role within a medical setting or call centre experience, to help with bookings, appointment triage, data entry, accounts, creating patient files and folders.
The ideal candidate will be available for:
- 30 – 40 hours of work per week between 9-5pm,Monday to Friday
- Ideally have prior medical administration experience, however candidates with strong administration experience | call centre experience in other industries will also be reviewed.
- Have intermediate MS Office skills and a solid typing | data entry speed
- Have outstanding attention to detail and an excellent phone manner
These roles are available on a casual and/or permanent basis. This role is on many public transport routes. Pay rate is from $30p/hr+ super on casual contract.
