Admin / Secretarial / Office Support
Scotford Fennessy have several reception and administration roles with immediate starts. Our clients are across both mining and professional services.
We are seeking bright and self motivated people with excellent communication skills to join their teams as front desk reception and administration assistants.
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across all levels;
- Demonstrated experience in performing administrative duties, including updating and maintaining records,
- Creating and issuing letters and documents;
- Providing regular updates and reports as required;
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, set and review priorities, and meet deadlines;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- High level of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook; and
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
