Exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join this growing mining organisation as they head into ramp up stage of a new site.
The purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support and coordinate recruitment activities within the HR/Recruitment team, enabling a timely recruitment service and seamless onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities will include;
- Review and update PD’s
- Post job adverts on various platforms
- Manage jobs on the ATS
- Arrange interviews
- Prepare contracts
- Collate qualifications, tickets and all onboarding paperwork
It is essential that you have significant experience in a recruitment support role and strong administration skills.
