Lawyer – Litigation
Scotford Fennessy have recently been engaged by one of Perth’s leading litigation and dispute resolution practices, to secure the firm a Senior Lawyer.
This award-winning firm are regarded as one of the fastest growing practices in Western Australia, valued by their clients for their upfront approach and cost-efficiency (with a large proportion of legal work on fixed fees). The firm are focused on upskilling their team internally and encourage and embrace the use of technology, leveraging efficiencies with a view to bettering the legal industry.
As a result of some extremely impressive and sustained growth, the firm are looking for an individual with five years+ post admission experience, to join their commercial dispute resolution and litigation team, specialising in construction, employment, insolvency and mining related practice areas.
‘On paper’ experience aside and as well as being a team player committed to achieving the best outcomes for your clients and focussed on developing long term relationships, it is envisaged that the successful individual for this role will bring with them a well-rounded background of experience within litigation and dispute resolution. This will ideally see you demonstrating an in-depth understanding of civil procedure across Magistrates, District, Supreme and Federal Courts.
Although a client following is not essential for consideration for this opportunity, the incoming individual must be able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships, develop networks and contribute to the ongoing growth of the firm.
