ERGT Australia is the leading national provider of high risk safety training to the Oil and Gas, Maritime, Defence, Aviation and Major Hazard Facilities industries. They operate their workplace simulation training centres on behalf of their clients in Melbourne, East Gippsland, Townsville, Nowra, Darwin and Perth. They also have mobile facilities for specific on site work as requested by their clients. ERGT’s offerings span from catastrophic incident management, incident response, process safety, safety leadership through to personal and behavioural based safety.
  
ERGT Australia is looking for expressions of interest from people who have a real interest in leading people in order to meet client needs. At the heart of their work and this role is ensuring that they run a great training centre of great people who deliver engaging, safe, compliant and effective training to high risk industries in Melbourne, in line with the overall strategic direction.
  
Reporting to the Victorian Business Operations Manager,  your desire to lead and improve the business for the benefit of others is at the centre of your drive and interest. You know how to do that through your people, and in close partnership with our clients.
  
As a leader running the Melbourne training centre, you’ll be self-motivated and highly self-accountable, and know how to engage stakeholders from our other centres as well as industry bodies and client representatives. Pragmatism and relationships will be important to success at the centre in Melbourne.
