Contracts Administrator – Mining

• Joining this successful principal miner who is in a sustained growth phase will allow you to a significant part of their expansion plans
• The immediate plans include the recommissioning and expansion of processing facilities including some novel additions to the sorting operations
• Provide end to end procurement support, contract administration and management in support of mining operations for their two sites
• Reporting to a Commercial Manager who is both highly knowledgeable but also a good guy to work for, you’ll find your feet quickly with this supportive team
• You can also expect a close working relationship with the legal team
• This will best suit if you enjoy getting stuck in on the front-line and bring strong negotiating skills
• It will be important that you can build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders – site and office based
• Initially being offered on a long-term contract basis, there is plenty of work and scope for continuation
• You will bring contracts management experience in a mining context (ideally 2-5 yrs) and a relevant tertiary qualification (business / commerce, legal, engineering or equivalent)
