Role Overview
Our client is a leading mining company looking for an experienced HSE Advisor. The position would suit a Health Safety & Environment professional who enjoys working autonomously and has experience in production mining.
Duties/ Key Responsibilities:
- Participating in safety inspection processes & reporting processes
- Actively participating in mentoring and coaching of personnel to establish a sustained safety culture
- Participating in the control of identified hazards where appropriate
- Providing assistance and guidance in the investigation of incidents
- Assisting operational personnel with the development of Safe Working Procedures (SWP)
Key Details:
- Long term opportunity
- 8/6 roster – immediate start
- Superannuation paid on all hours
- Dry & Wet Mess
- Single rooms only. All rooms are airconditioned with ensuite bathrooms.

- Risk Assessments
- Technical advice and influence to leaders
- Vision for opportunities to improve – create initiative/programs – change management
Criteria:
- At least 2 years HSE Advisory experience in FIFO role
- Cert IV OH&S minimum
- Valid National Police Check
- Current / Valid Drivers License (C-Class minimum)
