HSE Advisor/Trainer

If you are looking for diversity and the chance to show off your HSE Training skills, we require an HSE professional who understands Mining (surface and U/G) and who feels they could be something of an expert when it comes to training and coaching.
  
Your primary duties would be to meet the training department needs: 

• Training personnel
• Assuring competencies are met and recorded
• Developing training material

  
In addition you will also be able to provide:

• Fresh energy and enthusiasm to the training department
• Current vocational competencies
• Demonstrable coaching skills

  
Your professional profile will include:

• Cert IV Training and Assessment (TAE 40116)
• 3+ years HSE experience in the surface / underground mining sector 
• Valid Worksafe High Risk Licenses

  
Additionally, the client would look very favourably on a depth of experience as an underground mobile plant operator.
