Key responsibilities:
As an Office Manager, you are responsible for the general office duties, project administration, HR duties, Staff Management, and Calendar Management for the Directors. It is a diverse role that requires you to wear different hats and suits a candidate who enjoys multitasking.

- Booking flights and accommodation for travel.

We are seeking a candidate with previous experience from an engineering firm and who knows how to interpret and respond to requests for proposals, quotations and tenders. You got exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to details and are well organised.
