An exciting opportunity exists to join the People & Culture team of this large, complex organisation and add value by providing operational HR support to leaders across the full employee life cycle. 

Key Responsibilities will include;

  • Performance Management – coaching and upskilling leaders in their people related issues.
  • Employee Relations – handling grievances, investigations and providing accurate ER advice.
  • Supporting all cyclical HR activities.
  • Supporting P&C projects.

Key Skills & Experience Required;

  • Working knowledge of Employment Legislation and Award Interpretation.
  • Coaching skills, ability to influence leaders.
  • Experience in supporting the full employee life cycle.
  • Experience in performance management and workplace investigations.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.

This is a full time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary.  Free parking on site.
