Principal Civil Engineer

• Multi-disciplinary consultancy with office all over Australia.
• Project sectors include; Urban Development and Built Environment, Water, Environmental & Renewables, and Transport.
• Leadership role for the existing civil team, combined with technical project delivery and project management
• Purpose of the role is to free up General Manager to focus more on business development and growth in the region
• Provide technical advice and input into design, certification and reporting
• Commercial and financial monitoring – schedules and budgets, client relationship management and growth
• Growing mid-sized business with approximately 200 staff nationally
• Strong focus on flexibility and further development in terms of further study and training budget
• Invest in wellbeing of staff, perks such as birthday leave, reward programs

Ideally seeking;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years’ experience in a Senior Civil Engineering role
• RPEQ/CPEng
