This opportunity will provide vital support to the team, ensuring smooth operations by managing customer accounts, facilitating sales administration, and coordinating processes to meet client needs effectively. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, helping to streamline workflows and maintain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage allocated customer accounts, including sourcing products, providing quotes, and processing orders.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle invoicing, resolve customer queries, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage online orders and general inquiries via phone and email.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, assisting team members, and organizing documentation.
