Scotford Fennessy is pleased to announce a permanent opportunity for a Service Delivery Coordinator.

About the Role:

The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the resourcing and rostering of personnel to ensure continuity of service delivery.

  • Ensuring live rostering in rollcall is maintained 
  • Ensuring effective Payroll is maintained
  • Service Bookings as required 
  • Preparing quotes 
  • Optimising Training costs in line with quotes, contracts and customer needs
  • Understanding site issues, i.e. level of training, clearances 
  • Maintaining and update job knowledge records
  • Maintaining all flights and accommodation bookings 
  • Reporting on overtime, weekly training and other KPI’s 
  • Maintain site training and sick records 
  • Identify and report recruitment needs

Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment 
  • strong ability in problem solving, time management and organisational skills 
  • Ability to interpret awards
  • Possess Payroll and numeracy skills 
  • General understanding of HSE and Quality Assurance processes
