Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an owner-operated underground gold operation in Western Australia seeking experienced operators across several key roles as part of ongoing growth across the site.

These are permanent positions where you will go directly onto the company’s books, offering long-term job security and genuine career development opportunities within a growing mining operation.

Located in the Mid-West region of WA within a long-established gold producing district, with modern camp facilities and dedicated air access supporting FIFO operations.

Positions Available

We are currently seeking experienced operators across the following roles:
• Jumbo Operators
• Longhole Drillers
• RCT Operators
• Charge Up Operators
• Service Crew

Candidates with approximately 12 months or more experience in their respective role are encouraged to apply. The operation is also open to operators who are early in their underground careers and looking to continue developing their skills within a supportive team environment.
