Accounts Payable

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join a collaborative and tight knit finance team. This is a busy and hands-on role that requires accuracy, initiative, and solid communication skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy end-to-end AP responsibilities, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing approximately 100 invoices per day
• Ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing in Pronto
• Assisting Payroll officer when needed
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to chase approvals and resolve discrepancies
• Supporting month-end processes and reporting as required

About You

• Experience in a high-volume accounts payable role in mining services
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven
• Confident communicator who can chase up approvals professionally
• Pronto ERP is preferred, or similar 
• Ability to work independently, and be a team player
• Full Australian Working Rights

Particulars

• Office-based
• Flexible work hours
• Parking availible (first come first serve basis)
• Circa $50 – $55 p/hr + superannaution commensurate with experience
