Accounts Receivable Officer

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to help cover the Christmas office shutdown period. You will be joining a collaborative and tight knit finance team. This is a busy and hands-on role that requires accuracy, initiative, and solid communication skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy end-to-end AR responsibilities, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensuring timely and accurate processing in SAP
• Complete payment reconciliations. 
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to chase approvals and resolve discrepancies
• Supporting month-end processes and reporting as required

About You

• Experience in a high-volume accounts recievable role
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven
• Confident communicator who can chase up approvals professionally
• SAP ERP is preferred, or similar with at least 2 years of experience
• Ability to work independently, and be a team player
• Full Australian Working Rights

Particulars

• Office-based in the Guildford area
• 8am – 4.30pm, flexible work hours once you are in the swing of things
• Parking availible 
• Circa $50 – $55 p/hr + superannaution commensurate with experience
