Administration Coordinator & Client Services
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Coordinator & Client Services to join a professional accounting team in a full-time capacity. The role supports the Directors and broader accounting team with a variety of administrative, secretarial, and client service tasks that are essential to the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Our clients’ offices are based in Perth CBD and Western Suburbs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to Directors, General Managers and the accounting team
- Prepare and manage client engagement letters, tax packages and compliance documents
- Maintain client records in Xero, MYOB and the ATO portal
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and client communications
- Process client lodgements, assessments, and activity statements
- Assist with onboarding new companies and trusts, liaising with external parties as needed
- Support general office operations, including phone handling, mail distribution, and document filing
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visiting clients
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in administration within an accounting, financial, or professional services environment
- Proficiency with MS Office and accounting platforms such as Xero, MYOB and the ATO portal (or similar systems)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling and data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
- A passion for helping people and delivering a high-quality service
- Professional, client-focused approach with a strong sense of initiative
- A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-based office setting
