Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service? We’re seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to support a small, dynamic team in delivering secure and compliant administrative services related to identification and access credentials.
This position plays a key role in a highly regulated environment, requiring precision, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills.

About the Role – As an Administrative Officer, you’ll be responsible for managing applications and renewals of secure access credentials, working within strict compliance frameworks and liaising with both customers and government stakeholders. Your ability to handle sensitive information, follow procedures, and maintain accurate records will be critical to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities

  • Process and issue secure identification and access credentials in line with established policies and regulatory requirements
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed records
  • Communicate professionally with customers to collect and confirm required information
  • Reconcile financial transactions related to processing services
  • Support audit preparation and reporting requirements
  • Liaise with external government bodies where necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times

About You – You bring a proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things right the first time. You’re comfortable working in a small team and handling sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and care.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative and/or customer service roles
  • High-level accuracy in data entry and strong computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior experience working with secure systems or in regulated environments is preferred
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-focused approach
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A valid identification clearance (or willingness to obtain one) is advantageous
