A wide range of our clients are always seeking excellent Administrators who are available immediately, quick learners, flexible, and personable for temporary contracts. Our temporary contracts can range in duration depending on the client and their requirements.

Job Role:

  • General administration and clerical activities to assist the team.
  • Providing a professional and efficient reception to visitors and callers.
  • Answer and re-directing all incoming calls and handle caller’s enquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
  • Running an up-to-date filing and archiving system.
  • General Administration duties as required.

Skills:

  • Prior experience in an Administration role or similar.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook and Excel.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and excellent time management.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

About You:

  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Takes pride in their punctuality and presentation.
