All Round Operator – Multiple sites and rosters

Scotford Fennessy Recruitment has partnered with leading mining clients to source experienced All Round Operators for multiple sites across Western Australia.

Enjoy ongoing opportunities with temp-to-perm positions, offering competitive pay rates of $65–$80 per hour.

What’s on offer:

• Weekly pay + super on ALL hours
• 12–12.5 hour days
• A range of sites to choose from; Gold, Nickel, Iron Ore or Lithium
• PPE provided to you
• Ongoing temp-to-perm opportunities
• 2/1, 8/6 and 2/2 rosters ex Perth, potential DIDO opportunities
• Attractive rates up to $80/h dependent on experience

To be considered, you must have:

• Proven open pit production mining experience
• Strong operating experience on at least one or more of the following: D10 or D11 Dozers, up to 992 Loaders, 16M/16H Graders, and Hitachi EX1200 – EX3600 Excavators (or equivalent)
• A valid Australian Driver’s Licence (C Class or HR)
• The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance, if required
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Two recent mining industry referees at a Supervisor level or higher
• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
