Auto Electrician – FIFO

An excellent long term opportunity with room for growth and upsklling. 

Employment Conditions:

• $85/hr + super depending on experience.
• 2:1 and 8:7 Rosters available
• FIFO From Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie, Pilbara, or Karratha
• Day & Night Shift.
• Diagnose, problem solve and fault find on the job.
• Test equipment, ensure safety compliance, and undertake appropriate risk management (Completion of Take 5’s, JSEAs and Hazards ID’s).
• Regular drug & alcohol screening onsite.
• Scope jobs accurately for quality repair of plant and equipment including estimation of time, materials, and resources required to complete the job.

Skills & Experience

• Trade Certificate (Australian Recognised or Equivalent VETASSES) 
• Experience working on Mining Mobile Plant Equipment is highly desired
• Current / Valid Drivers License (C Class minimum)
• National Police Clearance (valid within 6 months)
• Aircon Ticket Highly desired
• RCT Tickets Highly Desired
• Experience maintaining, servicing, and attending breakdown repairs on a fleet of CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr and Volvo mining equipment
• Basic Computer Skills
