Large international consultancy, with strong reputation for quality, working on major projects in the urban renewal, property and infrastructure space. Visionary leaders with resources and support to afford direct mentorship and guidance.

Option 2
Large national firm with over 300 staff, employer of choice in terms of workplace flexibility, hybrid WFH/office options. Social culture that breeds collaboration and family like feel. Priority is on individualised career development plans and identifying areas for growth. Player in the urban development and subdivision space.

Option 3
Mid sized civil/structural consultancy. Directors have an open-door policy and remain hands on technically. Big on developing all aspects of a strong engineering skillset including project management, client development and business acumen alongside the technical work. Support for RPEQ/Chartered status.

Option 4
Large QLD based consultancy, iconic projects across the land development sector. All-encompassing role including project design and delivery from master planning to detailed design, authority application process management and construction phase superintendence and contract administration. Friendly and approachable civil leader at the helm.

Option 5
Whilst they have a national presence, the Brisbane office is around 25 staff. They are big on making their working environment fun yet professional and have achieved the perfect balance. Large retail, commercial and industrial developments along with typical subdivision and municipal infrastructure projects.

Requirements:
5 years experience in civil engineering projects in Queensland with an engineering consultancy. Degree Qualified in Civil Engineering.
