Growing civil engineering consultancy based in Brisbane, specialising in the design and development of master-planned communities throughout SEQ. Responsive, front-line approach in their delivery across a wide range of infrastructure and residential subdivision projects.
- Supervise and manage the delivery of multiple subdivision projects in SEQ region
- Supervise daily site works and ensure compliance with plans and standards
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities
- Conduct site inspections for roads, drainage, sewer, and water infrastructure
- Manage RFIs, variations, and site documentation
- Organise and attend site meetings with stakeholders
- Monitor progress, report issues, and assist in construction scheduling
- Maintain quality and safety standards on site
- Support contract administration and project handover processes
- Review and completion of Contractor progress claims.
- Provision of high-quality advice and analysis to clients and staff.
- Supervise, develop and mentor junior staff.

Ideally looking a Degree Qualified Civil Engineer with site engineering experience on subdivision/land development projects. Can come from a consultancy, contractor or local council background. Ideally 5+years experience.
