Client Services Team Lead / Senior Client Services Administrator
Working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider administration team, the position combines client service, corporate administration and office support within a collaborative, professional environment.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Senior Client Services Administrator, existing Client Services Team Lead, or a 2IC ready to take the next step into a broader leadership opportunity.
Core responsibilities include
- Providing exceptional client service and acting as a key point of contact
- Answering incoming calls and managing general client enquiries
- Preparing corporate documentation and supporting compliance processes
- Managing ASIC and ATO compliance administration
- Supporting company and entity administration, including company changes and corporate compliance activities where required
- Maintaining corporate records, documentation and compliance activities
- Supporting client onboarding, documentation and ongoing administrative requirements
- Liaising with clients, internal stakeholders and external organisations
- Assisting with office coordination and maintaining a professional client experience
- Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable administration where required
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflow
- Working collaboratively with the wider client services and administration team
- Providing broader administrative support across the organisation as required
About You
You will bring experience across:
- Client services and administration
- Corporate administration and compliance
- ASIC and ATO processes
- Xero Practice Manager (XPM), Xero, MYOB or similar systems
- Microsoft Office
You will also possess:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive approach and desire to continually improve processes
- Leadership capability or the confidence to take ownership
- Full Australian Working Rights

- Office-based position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (no WFH)
- Circa $100,000 + superannuation, commensurate with experience and capabilities
