Scotford Fennessy Recruitment are currently recruiting Dozer Operators for upcoming and ongoing roles with leading mining clients across Western Australia.

This is a great opportunity for operators looking for competitive pay, consistent rosters and long-term potential!

What’s on Offer:

• Up to $70 per hour + super paid on all hours worked
• Weekly pay cycle
• Rosters available including 2/1, 2/2 and potential 8/6
• 12–12.5 hour shifts
• Work across Gold, Nickel, Iron Ore and Lithium mine sites
• PPE supplied
• Temp-to-perm pathways available
• Opportunity to expand your skillset and operate additional machinery

To Be Considered:

• Previous open pit production mining experience operating:
• CAT D9, D10 or D11 Dozers, or CAT 814, 824, 834, 844, 854K Wheel Dozers
• Current driver’s licence (HR preferred)
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
