Job Description Scotford Fennessy is calling for Expressions of Interest from experienced Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors for a remote offshore mineral processing site.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a long-term role with a stable, well-established operation, offering either a consistent FIFO lifestyle on a 4:4 roster or the option to relocate permanently for those seeking residential stability.
We are looking for experienced Supervisors who have come through Iron Ore or Mineral Sands environments and are confident leading maintenance teams in heavy industrial, fixed plant operations.

The role You will lead mechanical or electrical maintenance teams, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you’ll be responsible for coordinating maintenance execution, driving team performance, and supporting plant uptime and reliability.

What you’ll need

• Relevant Mechanical or Electrical Trade Qualification
• Electrical Supervisors must hold Electrical Nominee status
• Valid Section 26 (S26) statutory supervision qualification
• Strong background in Iron Ore or Mineral Sands operations
• Proven fixed plant maintenance experience in heavy industry
• Prior supervisory experience in mining or processing environments
• Strong safety leadership and ability to lead teams effectively
