As you would expect, day-to-day matters will include

• Cost Estimation
• Bid Preparation
• Vendor Coordination
• Client Communication
• Risk Management
• Project Scheduling
• Quality Assurance
• Data Analysis

About you

• Full Australian Working Rights
• Cert III Carpentry & Joinery of equivalent trade cert
• White/Blue construction card
• Demonstrated construction estimation experience in carpentry
• Demonstrated experience with core functions of the role
• Demonstrated experience with job management/estimation software
• Buildxact/Buildertrend software experience (‘nice to have’)

Our client is significantly motivated to engage the right person, and will negotiate a salary package commensurate with capabilities and experience up to circa $120,000 + superannuation. Senior like-for-like candidates are encouraged to apply and your package can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
