General Manager

Scotford Fennessy have partnered with Residential Attitudes to appoint a General Manager based in Osborne Park.

Part of one of Western Australia’s largest privately owned residential building groups, Residential Attitudes is a highly regarded design-led brand with an established market position and strong reputation for delivering unique homes and customer experiences. While retaining the identity of a standalone brand, the business benefits from the scale, resources and support of a broader group.

Reporting to the General Manager of the broader group, this is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility spanning people, operations, customer outcomes and overall business performance. Working closely with the leadership team, there is genuine scope to influence culture, strengthen accountability and shape the next chapter of the business.

Key to your success in this role will be your ability to lead people, build alignment and operate across multiple functions. You will be a visible and approachable leader, comfortable making decisions and fostering a strong performance culture.

Whilst residential construction experience will be viewed favourably, the search is intentionally broad and transferable leadership backgrounds will also be considered. The role will best suit someone who combines commercial acumen with strong people leadership capability and enjoys building teams and driving business performance.
