Head of People & Culture

Our client is a well established, project driven organisation seeking an experienced Head of People & Culture to join the business on a 12 month maternity leave contract. Reporting to the executive team, you will lead the HR function and provide strategic and operational people leadership across a dynamic workforce.
This is a hands on leadership role requiring someone who can operate at both a strategic and operational level in a fast paced environment where workforce demands shift rapidly in line with project requirements.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Significant senior HR leadership experience
• Previous experience within a civil contractor, construction, infrastructure or project based environment
• Strong workforce planning capability within a fluctuating project workforce
• Sound knowledge of Enterprise Agreements and industrial relations frameworks
• Experience leading and developing HR teams
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence business outcomes
• Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, Business, or a related discipline
