Opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join this mining and resources organisation supporting a small and dynamic HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in human resources, looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
About the Role:
In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for providing day to day administrative support across all transactional HR and recruitment activities. You’ll play a key role in maintaining HR systems, assisting with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and general HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and pre-employment checks
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
- Support the HR team with reporting and compliance
- Respond to general HR and recruitment queries
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar HR administration role, ideally within the mining or resources sector
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
