Opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to help strengthen the HR foundations of this successful logistics business and bring structure, consistency and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
In this role, you’ll audit and uplift HR documentation and processes, support managers to build confidence in people management and improve the overall employee experience. You’ll play a key role in moving the HR function from reactive to proactive.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and updating job descriptions, contracts and HR documentation to ensure Fair Work and Award compliance
- Implementing clear onboarding and offboarding processes
- Establishing simple, practical performance review and training frameworks
- Coaching managers on performance reviews and structured feedback
- Improving employee engagement, communication, and feedback processes
- Reviewing role clarity, task allocation, and efficiency across teams
About you:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor where you have implemented HR frameworks and policies/procedures
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Practical, hands on approach with excellent stakeholder skills
- Confident supporting managers and driving process improvement
The position is offered on either a full or part time casual contract basis. On site parking available.
