HR Advisor – FIFO

Seeking an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor to join a well established mining company on a FIFO 8/6 contract. This is a true generalist HR role, partnering with leaders across site operations to provide practical, hands-on HR support and advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Manage employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary issues, grievances and investigations.
• Coach and support leaders on people management and HR best practice.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

About You

• Proven HR generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong case management experience, particularly performance and employee relations matters.
• Previous experience in mining, resources or another operational environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to work autonomously in a fast paced site environment.

Candidates with extensive operational HR experience and the ability to manage more complex employee relations matters will be considered for a Senior HR Advisor level role.
