HR Manager
Opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to deliver a contemporary, customer focused human resource service across the full employee lifecycle. This is a standalone, senior generalist role that works closely with the CEO, Executive Team and managers to support people, culture and organisational performance.
About the Role
You will provide end to end HR advice and operational support including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, WHS, policy development and change initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering people and culture strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment, contracts, onboarding and exits
- Provide advice on ER/IR matters, performance management and compliance
- Support learning, development, talent and succession planning initiatives
- Develop and deliver people and culture programs to enhance engagement
- Lead HR and WHS policy development and continuous improvement
- Partner with leaders on change management and organisational projects
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR generalist/advisory role
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Modern Awards
- Confident working autonomously with sound judgement and initiative
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
- Organised, adaptable and solutions-focused
