HRIS Advisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Systems Team as an HRIS Advisor.
This role will be based at our Corporate Office in Subiaco and offers flexibility in terms of full-time or part-time employment.
  
Here is what awaits you: 

• Resolve lower level system issues and provide support to end-users regarding HR systems, primarily focused on SuccessFactors.
• Maintain data integrity within the Employee Central (EC) module and ensure accuracy in all HR-related data entries.
• Conduct regular audits of data and workflow logs to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Collaborate effectively with the HR System Development Analyst to streamline processes and optimize system functionality.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and updates within SuccessFactors to provide informed support and guidance.

To thrive in this role, you will need: 

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or similar.
• 2 – 4 years relevant experience 
• Proficiency in using HRIS platforms is desirable (SuccessFactors, Workday etc.)
• Previous system implementation experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• A basic understanding of HR principles and processes is highly regarded.
