Inventory Cataloguer
An opportunity to join a leading WA mining operation, this role will support the Supply team by maintaining inventory master data and ensuring catalogue requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with maintenance, operations and supply stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory data quality while supporting increasing catalogue activity across the business.
Core functions of the role include:
- Processing Add New Stock Item requests
- Creating and maintaining inventory master data within Pronto ERP
- Maintaining catalogue accuracy and data quality
- Reviewing inventory descriptions, classifications and item attributes
- Liaising with operational stakeholders to obtain required inventory information
- Assisting with inventory data governance and catalogue management activities
- Supporting inventory analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Occasional site visits to gain an understanding of site operations and inventory requirements
About you
You are an experienced Inventory, Catalogue or Master Data professional who enjoys working within a mining environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory data.
- Demonstrated experience within inventory, catalogue management or master data
- Previous mining industry experience
- Current or recent Pronto ERP experience
- Experience creating and maintaining inventory master records
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full Australian working rights
Particulars
- ASAP start ideal
- Initial 3-6 month contract with strong likelihood of extension
- Circa $55-65 per hour + superannuation, commensurate with experience, inclusive of casual loading
- Full-time hours
- West Perth office-based role
- Occasional site travel required
- Pre-employment medical required
