LV Fitter

I am currently seeking experienced Light Vehicle Fitters to join a well-established gold mining operation in the Goldfields. This is a great opportunity to secure an even-time roster with a modern workshop and the potential to transition into a permanent role.

The Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your duties will include:

• Servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance across a fleet of Toyota LandCruisers, Prados and Hiluxs
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Service and repair of forklifts and EWPs
• Maintaining a safe and efficient workshop
• Working closely with the maintenance team to maximise fleet availability

Employment Conditions

• 7/7 FIFO roster from Perth
• $65-$70 per hour + Super
• Day & Night Shift
• Modern workshop and facilities
• Strong safety culture
• 3-6 month contract with genuine permanent opportunities

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Australian recognised Light Vehicle Trade Certificate
• Previous mining experience highly regarded
• Automotive Air Conditioning Licence
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Commitment to safe work practices
