Scotford Fennessy are partnering with a major WA mining operation to recruit experienced Mechanical Fitters for an exciting temp-to-permanent opportunity on one of Australia’s largest nickel processing operations.

With over 15 years of mine life remaining, this is an opportunity to secure long-term employment, excellent earning potential and a genuine career with a globally backed mining business.

What positions are vacant?

• 5x Mechanical Fitters 
• 1x Leading Hand Mechanical Fitter 

Whether your background is in gold, nickel, mineral processing or other heavy fixed plant environments, I would love to hear from you! 

What will you be working on?

• Pumps, Pipes, Valves
• Screens, Sizers
• Thickeners, Tanks, Mills 
• HP Autoclaves – HIGHLY REGARDED 
• High Pressure/High Temperature Autoclaves – HIGHLY REGARDED

• FIFO from Perth
• Tuesday fly in / fly out roster 
• 8:6/7:7 rotating roster 
• Initial 3-month contract with genuine permanent pathway 
• Weekly Pay

• Permanent Salary $155k+ (dependant on experience)

What are we looking for? 

• Australian PR or Citizenship 
• Australian Trade Certificate 
• Current Driver License 
• Relevant industry experience 
• Clean shaven as a mask wearing site
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A
