Mobile Maintenance Trainer

Scotford Fennessy Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Mobile Maintenance Trainers & Assessors to support a growing workshop maintenance team across WA mining operations.

This opportunity would suit a Trainer & Assessor with a strong background in mobile maintenance workshops, heavy mining equipment, and competency-based training within mining or resources environments.
 
What’s on offer:

• Fixed-term contracts 
• Competitive salary with bonus and benefits
• Casual pay rate $90 p/h
• 8/6 Roster – FIFO ex Perth

Reporting to the Training Superintendent, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing training programs for maintenance personnel operating within a heavy mining workshop environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering site-based training and assessments
• Coaching and mentoring maintenance personnel
• Maintaining training compliance and competency records
• Supporting workforce capability development
• Ensuring compliance with company training procedures and standards
• Assisting with the development and review of training materials

Key Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE)
• High Risk Work Licences (HRWL), including Forklift, EWP and other relevant tickets Highly Desirable
• Valid WA Driver’s Licence
