The Role
Our clients are seeking experienced, high volume and fast paced travel and mobilisation coordinators to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview
You must be experienced in high volume mobilisations of FIFO / resource workers or supporting busy recruitment teams and be able to handle a busy fast paced, ever changing environment. You could had been a site administrator previously who now needs to work in a Perth based role.
Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work to tight time frames will be pivotal to your success in this role.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
Responsibilities will include volume onboarding to client portals, reference checking, medical bookings within the mining, construction and resources industry. Knowledge of resources based roles, tickets, training and compliance will be helpful.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a site administration or high-volume mobilisation role within the mining and resources sector highly regarded.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office Suite including WORD, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise your workload.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
