Key Responsibilities:

• High-volume onboarding to client portals, therefore prior knowledge and experience of resources-based roles, tickets, training and compliance will be required.
• Accurately compile and administer all process paperwork and coordinate site entry of employees and subcontractors in line with client requirements and timeframes.
• Manage mobilisation activities including inductions, medicals, flights, accommodation, reference checking and following project or client requirements.
• Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure personnel and contractors are fully compliant before mobilisation.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with mobilisation systems such as INX, ERMS and Workflow
• Highly proficient in the use of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise your workload. 
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work autonomously.
