Mobilisation & Recruitment Coordinator

Our clients are seeking experienced, high volume and fast paced travel and mobilisation coordinators to join their dynamic team. 

You must be experienced in high volume mobilisations of FIFO / resource workers or supporting busy recruitment teams and be able to handle a busy fast paced, ever changing environment. You could had been a site administrator previously who now needs to work in a Perth based role.

The Role

• Coordinating the mobilisation and onboarding of contractors to site
• Managing compliance documentation and liaising with internal stakeholders
• Supporting HR with employee transfers and general administrative tasks
• Assisting with ad hoc office and admin duties as required

About you

• Previous experience in mobilisation or onboarding (mining or recruitment background highly regarded)
• INX experience is essential
• Exposure to SuccessFactors is a bonus
• Strong admin skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and excellent attention to detail
