Payroll Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead the successful implementation of the Frontier payroll system on a fixed-term 6-month contract. This is a key role in ensuring a smooth transition and setup of our new payroll platform, requiring both technical expertise and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of the Frontier payroll system.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with payroll compliance and business needs.
• Configure the Frontier system in accordance with organizational policies and legislative requirements.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Deliver training and documentation for internal users post-implementation.
• Provide ongoing support during the transition and post-go-live phase.

About You

• Proven experience with at least two successful payroll system implementations.
• Strong working knowledge of the Frontier payroll platform (preferred or essential).
• Solid understanding of payroll legislation, compliance, and best practices in Australia.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
