Payroll Implementation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead the successful implementation of the Frontier payroll system on a fixed-term 6-month contract. This is a key role in ensuring a smooth transition and setup of our new payroll platform, requiring both technical expertise and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of the Frontier payroll system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with payroll compliance and business needs.
- Configure the Frontier system in accordance with organizational policies and legislative requirements.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Deliver training and documentation for internal users post-implementation.
- Provide ongoing support during the transition and post-go-live phase.
About You
- Proven experience with at least two successful payroll system implementations.
- Strong working knowledge of the Frontier payroll platform (preferred or essential).
- Solid understanding of payroll legislation, compliance, and best practices in Australia.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
