Payroll Officer

We are seeking a motivated Payroll Officer to join a collaborative and tight knit team. This is a busy and hands-on role that requires accuracy, initiative, and solid communication skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy end-to-end Payroll responsibilities, this is the opportunity for you. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing payroll of 120 employees fortnightly
• Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to chase approvals and resolve discrepancies
• Investigating and checking a variety of awards

About You

• Subject matter expert in all things payroll related 
• Strong attention to detail and process-driven
• Confident communicator who can interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Xero ERP is preferred, or similar 
• Ability to work independently, and be a team player
• Full Australian Working Rights

• Office-based
• Police check and Drug and Alcohol Screening
• 8am – 4.30pm
• Free parking availible (first come first serve basis)
• Circa $50-$55 p/hr + superannaution commensurate with experience
