Payroll Officer

We are seeking a motivated Payroll Officer to join a collaborative and tight knit team. This is a busy and hands-on role that requires accuracy, initiative, and solid communication skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy end of month Payroll responsibilities, this is the opportunity for you. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Update monthly spreadsheet with any changes
• Run end of month process
• Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
• Liase with HR and other stakeholders
• Answering pay queries from employees

About You

• Strong attention to detail and process-driven
• Confident communicator who can interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Pronto ERP is preferred, or similar 
• Ability to work independently, and be a team player
• Full Australian Working Rights

Particulars

• Office-based
• Police check and Drug and Alcohol Screening
• Circa $50-$55 p/hr + superannaution commensurate with experience
