Reporting to the People & Culture Manager and working as part of a large P&C team, this P&C Business Partner position will suit a senior HR professional with several years experience in an operational role supporting business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior business leaders
- Develop annual people plans
- Support cyclical people activities
- Promote and support positive culture and engagement
- Organisational design and change initiatives
- Collaborate with Centre’s of Excellence to ensure alignment with business needs
Required skills and experience:
- Experience working with senior leaders
- Strong knowledge of HR frameworks
- Experience managing key stakeholders through change and transformation
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a fast paced environment
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar
