Reporting to the People & Culture Manager and working as part of a large P&C team, this P&C Business Partner position will suit a senior HR professional with several years experience in an operational role supporting business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior business leaders
  • Develop annual people plans
  • Support cyclical people activities
  • Promote and support positive culture and engagement
  • Organisational design and change initiatives
  • Collaborate with Centre’s of Excellence to ensure alignment with business needs

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience working with senior leaders
  • Strong knowledge of HR frameworks
  • Experience managing key stakeholders through change and transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a fast paced environment
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar
