P&C Business Partner

Seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join this inclusive People & Culture team within a values driven not for profit organisation.  This is a broad generalist HR role with a strong focus on employee relations and case management. You will partner with leaders across the organisation to provide practical HR advice and support across performance management, workplace investigations, grievances, and other cyclical people matters.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role
• Strong employee relations and case management experience
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative and solutions focused approach
