People & Culture Leader

This senior People & Culture opportunity reports directly to the MD and is a pivotal role within this successful and growing business.  It is an opportunity to take ownership of the HR function and design and deliver strategic initiatives while also being hands on with operational requirements.

What you will bring:

• Solid experience in a generalist HR Advisory role
• Exposure to the full employee life cycle from recruitment through to terminations
• The ability to influence and coach senior leaders
• A hands on flexible approach, you will be issuing contracts one minute and working with the MD on the people strategy the next
• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude
