Process Operator

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating and monitoring key plant circuits including crushing, milling, CIL/CIP, flotation, elution, and tailings systems
• Conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and optimising plant performance
• Performing general housekeeping and minor maintenance tasks
• Assisting with clean-up and operational support using small mobile plant
• Analysing process data to identify improvements in safety, efficiency, and recovery
• Working collaboratively within a safety-first team culture

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years FIFO experience in gold processing plants (crushing and/or processing circuits)
• Strong understanding of plant operations: crushers, mills, CIL/CIP, flotation, elution, and thickeners
• Experience in control room operations (highly regarded)
• Current WA Driver’s Licence (HR desirable)
• Mobile plant tickets (loader, forklift, EWP) advantageous
• Confined space & working at heights tickets (preferred)
