Process Operator

Scotford Fennessy are currently seeking experienced Gold Process Operators to join a well-established gold processing operation in Western Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing processing team on an 8:6 / 7:7 rotating roster, with competitive rates, weekly pay and the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
 

The Role:
Working within the processing plant, you’ll be responsible for safely operating and monitoring plant equipment to maximise production while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Operating and monitoring crushing, grinding and milling circuits
• Working across CIL/CIP circuits and associated process equipment
• Conducting routine plant inspections and recording operating data
• Identifying and reporting plant issues while assisting with troubleshooting
• Maintaining housekeeping standards and following site safety procedures
• Working closely with the maintenance and production teams

 
What’s On Offer?

• FIFO from Perth
• 8:6 / 7:7 roster rotating dayshift and nightshift
• $60-$65 per hour depending on experience
• Weekly pay
• Super paid on all hours worked
• Meals and camp accommodation provided
• Initial 3-month contract with genuine temp-to-perm potential
• Immediate mobilisation required, with a preferred start date between 1st and 4th September

 

About You:
To be considered you will ideally have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a process operator
• Strong exposure to gold circuits including grinding, milling, and CIL/CIP operations 
• Current Australian Driver License 
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A 
• Must have full Australian working rights and be residing in WA
